Build a Custom Home on Your Lot
Your land is the starting point for a home designed around your life. L.A. Johnson Building Co. builds custom homes on owner-owned lots in Macomb and Oakland counties. Before construction, we review your plans, budget and site needs, including access, grading, utilities and septic or sewer considerations. Bring an existing plan or work with us and an architect to shape your vision.
Discuss Your Custom Home
Tell us where your lot is located, your preferred home size, target budget and timeline. We will discuss design priorities, custom cabinetry and finishes, and the site work your property may require. A clear scope comes before construction. Call 586-719-7657 or use Discuss Your Custom Home above to begin your custom home consultation.
